Fernando’s expertise are demonstrated by a track record of delivering large-scale projects that help drive profitable operations. He has project-managed facility design, construction and upgrade projects that successfully took account of welfare and disease containment issues, environmental sensitivities, commercial imperatives and transition planning. His ability to secure optimal commercial and quarantine outcomes is important to design, construction and commissioning of animal, processing and laboratory facilities.

Collaboratively with other Subject Matter Experts and design teams, Fernando provides input and review during design development, prototype testing, construction and commissioning. He also drafts the Standard Operating Procedures for the facilities. In coordination with clients, Fernando advises and assists in setting up businesses for his clients which includes business modelling, contract negotiations and help with sorting out operational farm management issues.
